One drop of water into your drain (aka septic) is one drop of effluent out to your tile bed/leach field.
Use smaller amounts of water over longer periods of time. Spread laundry over several days, instead of doing it all in one day. This will allow the solids in the septic tank time to settle so they will not get flushed out into the tile bed/leaching bed.
Watch out for dripping faucets and leaking toilet flapper valves! Repair promptly. You can check to see if your toilet valve is leaking by adding food colouring to toilet water reservoir tank. Wait 30 mins or so and see if any of the colour appears in the bowl.
